Return & Exchange Policy
- Items purchased are eligible for a free exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original Packaging, tags and labels intact. and must not be washed, worn or used.
- All the products are available for 1 time exchange.
- In case of any guidelines or help regarding size and color issues, please contact customer support before placing order.
RETURNS
- Returns are not accepted.
- In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is damaged or is defective you can raise a return request via WhatsApp or email at support@bottomwalas.com
- NOTE: In case of multiple items exchange, place an exchange request of every item Individually
REFUND
For Returns We will promptly notify you once we've received and carefully inspected your returned items (for defects and damages only.). Once approved, your refund will be processed.
For Cancelled Orders:
Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 4-5 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already. We will cancel it for you to get full refund. - Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we kindly request you to refuse the delivery when it arrives. The order will be returned to us, and as soon as it's back in our warehouse, we will process the refund after deducting the delivery charges ( ₹ 70 - ₹150) depending on the parcel weight.
We will refund -
for Pre-Paid orders - to your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take up to 7 days for the refunded amount reflected in your bank account.
